Neon Drift Circuit
★★★★☆ 4.2
Neon Drift Circuit isn't trying to be a serious driving sim. It's a lean-into-the-corner arcade racer where chaining drifts fills a boost meter and the whole screen glows like a synth album cover. Steering uses tilt by default, but there's a tap-left-tap-right option that we actually preferred on a smaller phone.
Tracks are short and designed to be replayed, shaving seconds and nailing cleaner lines. There's a decent spread of cars to unlock through play, and the handling differs enough between them to matter. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting here.
Collisions can feel a little floaty and there aren't many track themes, but for quick bursts of speed it absolutely delivers.
What we liked
- Satisfying drift-and-boost loop
- Choice between tilt and tap steering
- Short tracks perfect for one more run
